OBTAINING WARRANTY SERVICE
Should your product require service under warranty, contact our Customer Care Department at 208-455-8433. Explain the problem to our friendly staff. It is possible that we can help you over the phone. If it is determined that we cannot resolve the issue, then we will issue you a return authorization number.
A return authorization number is required prior to servicing your product. Ship the claimed warranty item freight prepaid with the return authorization number clearly written on the outside package. No retruned parcels will be accepted freight collect or COD. All products should be fully insurred with the correct postage; Bosski, Inc. will not be responsible for improper or damaged products during shipment.
